Reservation and commitment:
The booking of a trip or other services can be done at our office, by phone and always confirmed by e-mail. Necessary and sufficient communications for the listening and the detailed comprehension of each step, of the itinerary and course of your trip, the accommodations according to the means and moments chosen are necessary.A proforma invoice will be sent to you upon confirmation of the service.
The commitment takes effect only upon receipt of the requested deposit.
For bill payments, in Ariary, the rate will be calculated based on the price of the euro of the day the payment is made. The validity of the prices announced in the price reference or on our website is for the current year. In general, we mention the details of the expenses included in the price. Tips and beverages are not included in the price. Discounts on certain benefits are provided for children under 10 years.
Rates may be revised upward or downward if major changes from outside our entity occur, such as:
- The rise in fuel prices
- The change in the exchange rate etc
- The rate change of specific providers.
In case of changes, these changes are communicated at least one month before the scheduled departure date.
A deposit of 20% of the total price of the service is requested to initiate the commitment and preparation of the trip /service. The balance is ideally payable 30 days before the start date of the trip or departure.We can not guarantee the fulfillment of the customer’s trip before the payment of the service is complete. Payment can be made in Euro or Ariary by bank transfer. It goes without saying that the transfer fees will be borne by the customer. A confirmation email from the customer of the transfer or payment with a copy of the transfer order is requested. The account and bank number are communicated to you upon your request.
In case of cancellation, we ask the customer according to the following cases:
- 20 days before departure: 30% of the total price of the trip
- 15 days before the scheduled date of departure: 50% of the total price of the trip
- 10 days before departure: 75% of the total price of the trip
- 7 days before departure: 100% of the total price of the trip
Our agency, Madabest , reserves the right to cancel or modify a trip, one month (30 days) before the departure date in cases where
- The settlement balance of the invoice was not made in good time
- Major external problems, possible changes in air transport, and climatic conditions etc arise.
Our agency Madabest , has underwritten third party liability insurance in the exercise of its Professional benefits with NY HAVANA Insurance. However, our insurance does not cover any health evacuation or insurance assistance, cancellation or multi-trip travel, we advise you to contact your usual insurer.
